Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

Orders totalling $150 CAD or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Canada.

For orders under $150, shipping is a flat rate of $10 per item. This applies to all physical merchandise including apparel, accessories, and equipment.

Digital products (training programs, challenges) are delivered instantly to your account and do not incur shipping charges.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard delivery within Ontario typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery to other Canadian provinces may take 5–10 business days. We do not currently ship internationally.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our facility: Unit 108, 1077 Boundary Road, Oshawa, Ontario. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready. Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Physical merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, unworn condition with original tags and packaging. To initiate a return, email trevor@takecontroltraining.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at trevor@takecontroltraining.com with photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund including shipping.
